Who would have thought the big 3 search engines could agree on something.  MSN, Google, and Yahoo! are currently working on creating a standardized base for sitemaps.  This is a huge relief, I currently have an up-to-date google sitemaps file, and I perform various transformations on that file to make it compatible with Yahoo!, which is really kind of a pain in the ass.
